We're proud to celebrate our top performers

Every year, we recognize MRINetwork’s top-performing individuals and offices — those who have shown remarkable resilience, innovation, and leadership within the talent access industry.

The goal has always been to acknowledge the efforts of our people and to reward their commitment to excellence, no matter the circumstances. Whether held virtually or in-person, the Honor Awards highlight members’ outstanding achievements, celebrate the companies and careers these individuals have shaped, and inspire us all as a Network.

Decade Recognition

MRINetwork is unique for its longevity. With 55+ years building companies and industries worldwide, many of our offices and their teams celebrate significant anniversaries as Network members. We recognize each decade from 10 through 40, with a special honors program for those celebrating 25 and 50 years with the Network.

Keys to Success

Consistency is my biggest key to success… It’s really just showing up and staying committed to your plan, committed to your desk, and committed to just being the best version of you that you can be every day – no matter the situation that you are in.

Jessica Miller
Sr. Director RPO Sales
PrincetonOne (Princeton, NJ)

I am old school. Fall in love with your phone. It’s our phone time that drives the business. I know we have a lot of new, digital technology, but my team is still hammering the phones… And that is what got us here today.

Thavi Louanlavong
President
Siter-Neubauer & Associates (Arlington, TX)

It’s just about perseverance. It’s about doing the things we all know to do; not being afraid to try new things. We’ve all gotten creative with how we do things — adding technology into play, adding digital branding into play — but not forgetting about the things that have worked over the last 50 years.

Chris Heinz
Managing Partner
Westport One (St. Louis, MO)

The biggest thing last year was really making sure we retained our people. We continued to hire throughout the year, it was “unprecedented” as we heard over and over, but it was important to us to retain and continue to hire and grow.

Hadley Gayles
President
Govig & Associates (Scottsdale, AZ)

Culture is important. Even in 2020, when we had months when nothing was happening, we enjoyed being around each other… You have to have a group of people who like each other, because you spend 40+ hours a week together.

Amanda Sell-Sande
CEO
Julison Sell Search Team (Bellingham, WA)

Excuses are built on monuments and nothingness… You have to keep pushing forward. Find new ways – intuitive ways to build relationships with your clients. Even if it’s not a placement, if it’s just a conversation, I want to be their go-to guy.

Christian Knox
Construction Recruiter
Harrison Group, Inc (Cedar Rapids, IA)

It’s just relationships, really. Being able to provide value to people, to human beings, without just trying to sell something. Being someone a client can come to and you can serve them with excellence. That’s what we pride ourselves on.

Clay Malinovsky
Contract Staffing Lead
SAP & IT Recruiter, Magee Resource Group (Shreveport, LA)

The relationships, good will, and reputation we established made it easy for our clients to take that chance on us when they were out of the office and there was more risk involved with the hiring process.

Executive Recruiter
The Bluestone Group (Raritan, NJ)
