MRI pioneers employer-paid search
Schonberg is the first to take the industry from applicant-paid fees (APF) to employer-paid Fees (EPF), revolutionizing the search industry.
1970s
MRI introduces contingency search
Schonberg defines the idea and methodology for contingency search, setting a new milestone for the industry.
1990s
MRI lauches MRI University
In the days of VHS tapes and paper manuals, MRI develops a robust online library focused on sharing best practices and real-world strategies.

MRI rebrands as MRINetwork
MRI evolves its name in honor of its global community of offices.

Giving back
MRI franchise owners establish the MRINetwork Charitable Foundation to support hospitalized children and disaster relief.
